NDLEA express intention to strengthen ties with administration of Governor Hope Uzodimma,
National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has assured its dedication to promoting a drug-free Imo State.
Assistant-Commander-General of Narcotics, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Florence Ezeonye, revealed this during a courtesy visit to the
Deputy Chief of Staff, General Services, at the Government House, Owerri, Imo State.

During the meeting, Ezeonye expressed her intention to strengthen ties with the administration of Governor Hope Uzodimma, known for its 3R principles of Shared Prosperity, following her recent transfer to the zone.
She assured Uzodimma that, under her leadership, the NDLEA will conduct its anti-drug operations with utmost professionalism and commitment.
In his response, Uzodimma while commending Ezeonye’s proactive approach, assured her of the state government’s unwavering support for the NDLEA’s mission and activities, affirming the administration’s alignment with the agency’s anti-drug campaign.
